  • Studies were made of medium formulas bud inducement, sub-culture and rooting culture in order to rapidly propagate Acacia farnesiana. The results showed that in the medium of 3/4MS + 6-BA 1.0 mg·L-1 + IBA 0.5 mg·L-1, the optimal bud inducement was obtained, and shoots were effectively propagated in 3/4MS medium supplemented with BA 1.0 mg·L-1, IBA 0.5 mg·L-1 and NaH2PO4 40.0 mg·L-1. And for rooting, the most effective medium was half-strength MS medium supplemented with IBA 0.6 mg·L-1 and NAA 0.2 mg·L-1, and the rooting rate could reach 86%.
