Abstract:
In this paper, by adopting the single-factor and orthogonal experiments the researches were conducted on the fermentation medium of Bacillus licheniformis YB15, and the results showed that its optimum components were glucose 5.0 g, yeast extract 7.5 g, peptone 7.5 g and ammonium sulphate 5.0 g. On this basis, its optimum fermentation conditions were also studied, which were temperature at 25℃, pH 6.5, culture broth quantity 100 mL·300 mL-1 flask and inoculation quantity of 4 mL. The result of the growth curve of Bacillus licheniformis showed that 12~18 hours were the best time to collect it.

TANG Ting, XU Xiao, WU Qing-gui, HU Jin-yao, ZENG Yang-mei
2013, 34(1): 5-10. doi: 10.16779/j.cnki.1003-5508.2013.01.002
Abstract:
Breeding system is theoretically considered as a principal factor which has the most apparent effects on plant evolution and population genetic structure. In this paper, studies were made of the floral traits, pollen viability, stigma receptivity, pollen-ovule ratio, out-crossing index, fruit sets under a serious pollination treatments, and pollinating observation of Magnolia liliflora. The result showed that:(1) The flowers of M. liliflora were amphoterics. The life span of the flower was about 15 days. (2) The pollen viability of the flower was relatively high in 9 hours after blooming and became low 24 hours later. The pollen hardly had any viability after 56 hours. The stigmatic receptivity of the flower was strong during three days and then began to decline from the 4th day. On 7th day, the stigma completely lost its receptivity. (3) The effective pollination way of M. liliflora was insect pollination. (4) M. liliflora was out-crossing, partly selfcompatible, requiring pollinators.

2013, 34(1): 11-16. doi: 10.16779/j.cnki.1003-5508.2013.01.003
Abstract:
In this paper, researches were conducted on the biomass and carbon storage of Pleioblastus amarus on the defarming-and-reafforestation land in Yuping District of Hongya County by adopting the multiple linear regression and curves models of shape factors, organs' biomass and total biomass. The results showed that (1) The Pleioblastus amarus' average height was 7.50 m, the average DBH (diameter at breast height) was 3.48 cm, the average biomass of modular unit was 2.09kg and the stand crop was 90.02 t·hm-2; (2) By the standard of R and adjusted R square, the best model was chosen on the basis of the correlation analysis. The best model of organs' biomass-shape factors was Y=-1.245 + 0.135D + 0.147H + 0.236 d; The best model of total biomass-shape factors was Y=e(2.200-5.085/D); The best model of total biomass-organs' biomass was Y=0.109 + 1.069x1 + 2.526x2 + 1.059x3; (3) The carbon content of different organs of Pleioblastus amarus ranged from 0.421 7 g·g-1 to 0.551 1 g·g-1, and its order was as follows:rhizome > culm > underground trunk > root > branch > leaf. (4) The carbon stock was 44.55 t·hm-2 according to the measured value of carbon constant. When 0.45 g·g-1 or 0.5 g·g-1, were used for calculation, some error would appear, its maximum error could reach 16.63%.

2013, 34(1): 48-51. doi: 10.16779/j.cnki.1003-5508.2013.01.011
Abstract:
In this paper, with enclosed chamber system, Medicago sativa seedlings were exposed to two CO2 concentrations levels (ambient and double ambient CO2 concentration), two temperature levels (ambient and + 2.2℃) and their combination for one growth season in order to research on its biomass accumulation and biomass allocation. The results showed that elevated CO2 significantly increased the accumulation of root, stem and leaf biomasses and total biomass. And elevated temperature increased the leaf and stem biomasses and total biomass, but had no obvious effect on the root-biomass. Elevated temperature had positive effect on the accumulation of root, stem, leaf and total biomass under elevated CO2. The combination of elevated CO2 and temperature increased Wsource/Wsink and available biomass, but decreased R/S and root biomass.

2013, 34(1): 73-75. doi: 10.16779/j.cnki.1003-5508.2013.01.018
Abstract:
On the basis of investigating sample plots, in this paper, analyis and studies were made of the fresh weight of aboveground and underground parts of Gardenia jasminoidesLonicera japonica and Rhizoma Coptidis by using correlation analysis. The results showed:8 years old Gardenia jasminoides could yield 71 kg dried flowers per 0.067 hectare, 8 years old Lonicera japonica could yield 38 kg dried flowers per 0.067 hectare, and 13 300 kg underground fresh weight could be output from 6 years old Rhizoma Coptidis per 0.067 hectare; for Gardenia jasminoides and Lonicera japonica, the growth of the underground part had some effect on the aboveground part, good site conditions could greatly improve their dried flower production. There might be no inevitable connection between the growth of the underground part and the aboveground part for Rhizoma Coptidis.

2013, 34(1): 89-93,75. doi: 10.16779/j.cnki.1003-5508.2013.01.022
Abstract:
Based on the development status of under-forest economy industy in Sichuan, an analysis is made of the spatial and industrial structures of under-forest economy. As for spatial structure, the underforest economy industry can be divided into the three areas, namely the Chengdu basin plain and its surrounding hilly areas, the northwestern plateau, and the southwestern mountain land. Attention should be paid to the ecology adaptability of forest vegetation and main tree species in different areas. As for industrial structure, according to the results from Shift-Share Analysis, the developmental prospects related industries to under-forest economy are better in different municipal areas of Sichuan province, but their structure bases are different, and significant differences are found. According to the analysis, some proposals are put forward for the industrial development of the under-forest economy.
