Abstract: Huangtuliang Panda Corridor is the critical area connected to the giant panda habitat of A population on the Minshan Mountain. Based on the theory of landscape ecology, the software FragStat 3.3 was used to analysis of giant panda habitat characteristics in the different periods (1975, 1992, 2010) and studies were made of landscape index, and the process of landscape fragmentation from two dimensions of patch types and landscape types. The results showed that the giant panda habitat fragmentation was very serious in the past 35 years.
