花榈木人工繁殖技术研究进展

Research Progress of Artificial Reproduction Techniques of Ormosia henryi

  • 摘要: 花榈木(Ormosia henryi Prain)是国家二级保护植物,自然繁殖率较低。本文系统地总结归纳了各种人工繁殖技术,为花榈木的人工繁殖实际应用提供参考。本文综述了种子繁殖、组织培养和无性繁殖等国内外主要的花榈木人工繁殖技术,通过分析各种技术的关键技术点,发现各繁殖技术的不足之处,并对未来的研究终点指出方向。

     

    Abstract: Ormosia henryi was listed as one of the second grade national protective plants, with low rate of natural reproduction. Typical artificial reproduction techniques were summarized and analyzed for O. henryi, including the seed reproduction, cutting reproduction, grafting reproduction and tissue culture. The results indicated that these reproduction techniques had certain inadequacies. Finally, the focus and direction was put forward for the future research on O. henryi.
