基于SSR的8个平欧杂交榛品种指纹图谱构建

Fingerprints of 8 Varieties of Corylus heterophylla×Corylus avellana Based on SSR Markers

  • 摘要: 平欧杂交榛是目前我国最主要的一个栽培榛子资源。本研究使用9个SSR标记分析了8个引进的平欧杂交榛品种的遗传多样性,并进而构建了指纹图谱。结果显示其群体有效等位基因数、观察杂合度、期望杂合度均值分别为4.161、0.875、0.734,说明其遗传多样性水平较高。指纹图谱分析显示通过8个两两标记组合,能有效区分引进的平欧杂交榛品种。本研究为平欧榛栽培品种的保护与推广利用奠定了基础。

     

    Abstract: C. heterophylla×C. avellana is the main variety of Corylus genus applied in China. In this paper, 9 SSR markers were used to analyze population genetic diversity and to establish the fingerprints of the introduced 8 varieties of C. heterophylla×C. avellana. The results showed that the mean numbers of the effective alleles, observed heterozygosity, and expected heterozygosity were 4.161, 0.875, and 0.734 respectively, showing a higher degree of population genetic diversity. And with eight marker combinations between Ch4-7 and Ch8-9, 8 varieties could be efficiently determined, which established the foundation of protection and application of C. heterophylla×C. avellana.
