不同时间和部位注药防治杨干象的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Different Injection Time and Injection Sites for the Prevention of Cryptorrhynchus lapathi

摘要: 本试验用钻口注药的方法对5a生的杨树进行了杨干象防治，通过不同时间和不同部位给树干施药；试验结果显示:日平均气温在7.8℃~21.4℃条件下防治三个不同注药部位的防治效果分别为85%、87%和84%；日平均气温在12.6℃~25.8℃条件下防治三个不同注药部位的防治效果分别为49%、51%和52%。通过多重比较得出:不同注药时间防治效果差异显著，不同注药部位防治效果差异不显著。

Abstract: In this experiment,pesticides were injected into stems of 5 year-old poplar trees to control Cryptorrhynchus lapathi at different time and different drilling sites.The results showed that the prevention and control rate of three different injection parts were respectively 85%,87% and 85%,under the average daily temperature of 7.8℃~21.4℃.While the prevention and control rate reduced to 49%,51% and 52% respectively,as the average daily temperature varied from 12.6℃ to 25.8℃.The effect of prevention and control was not significant on different drilling sites.
