四川省森林保险发展现状与对策思考

Current Status and Countermeasures of Forest Insurance Development in Sichuan

摘要: 森林保险是我国农业保险体系中的重要组成部分，具有降低受灾损失和为林业改革、发展及林业产业提供保险保障两方面的作用。本文基于对四川省森林保险发展现状的总结，分析了四川省森林保险发展中暴露的主要问题，并提出了（1）创新保险模式，健全保险机制；（2）优化保险政策，增补保险新品种；（3）科学设计保险产品等对策建议。

Abstract: Forest insurance hads been an important part of agriculture insurance system.It can help to resist risks and offer an insurance cover for the sustainable development of forestry.Based on the status of forestry insurance in Sichuan,in this paper,the major problems were analyzed,and some suggestions were put forward on how to develop forest insurance.
