Abstract: On the basis of 2nd wetland resources investigation in Sichuan Province, a survey was conducted on the diversity of vertebrates in marshes and wetlands of the Western Sichuan Plateau including Aba and Ganzi. Finally, fishes, amphibians and birds were confirmed to inhabit marshes and wetlands of the Western Sichuan Plateau. The results showed that fishes belonged to 1 order, 2 families and 23 species, amphibians belonged to 1 order, 3 families and 5 species; birds belonged to 4 orders, 9 families and 26 species.
