栽培密度及平茬处理对菜用型香椿嫩芽产量的影响

Effects of Planting Density and Stumping on the Burgeon Yield of Vegetable Toona sinensis

  • 摘要: 香椿嫩芽是优良的森林蔬菜,具有较高的营养价值,研究栽培密度及平茬方式对大竹县境内香椿嫩芽产量的影响,以期为菜用型香椿的高效培育技术提供一定的指导依据。结果表明:①树龄2 a~6 a为香椿的快速生长期,嫩芽产量随年龄的增长而快速增加,第7年进入盛产期,香椿嫩芽产量可达200 kg·0.0667 hm-2以上。②进入盛产期后,3种不同栽植密度条件下的香椿嫩芽年产量差异不显著,均为200 kg·0.0667 hm-2~250 kg·0.0667 hm-2之间,综合考虑苗木成本等因素,以1.5 m×2 m的株行距较适宜。③平茬处理显著增加了香椿的侧枝数量,显著提高了香椿嫩芽的采摘效率,但对单株产量的影响不明显。

     

    Abstract: The burgeon of Toona sinensis was considered as a kind of excellent forest vegetable, having rich nutritional value. Studies were made of the influence of planting density and stumping method on the vegetable toon production in order to provide certain guiding basis for the efficient cultivation technique. The results showed that ① there was a fast-growing stage during 2~6 years of age and the production was more than 200 kg per 0.067 hm2 during the stable production period since the 7th year. ② The burgeon production under different planting density was 200 kg~250 kg during the stable production period. ③ Stumping significantly increased the branch numbers and improved the harvest efficiency of burgeons, but there was little effects on the burgeon prodution of individual plant.
