红豆杉提取紫杉醇利用技术进展

Advances in Technology of Extracting Taxol from Taxus chinensis

  • 摘要: 本文概述了红豆杉属植物繁殖及其替代途径生产紫杉醇的主要技术方法以及这些技术方法的研究进展、技术特点及存在问题。重点论述了组织培养育苗和细胞培养生产紫杉醇途径及其技术关键。为今后相关工作提供借鉴与帮助。

     

    Abstract: In this paper,a summary description is given of the technology of producing taxol from Taxus chinensis,its research advances,the main technical features and existent problems.Emphasis is put on dealing with the technology of tissue culture and cell culture for production of taxol.
