SSR和ISSR技术在植物病原真菌研究中的应用

Application of SSR and ISSR Techniques in the Study of Plant Pathogenic Fungi

  • 摘要: 本文介绍了SSR和ISSR技术的原理,并从植物抗病基因的鉴定,病原真菌群体遗传和生理小种鉴定,病原菌致病性研究和遗传多样性研究等4个方面综述了这两种技术在植物病原真菌研究中的应用情况。

     

    Abstract: In this paper a description is given of the principle of SSR and ISSR technology,and the application of these two technologies is summarized in researches on plant pathogenic fungi from the identification of plant disease resistant gene,pathogenic fungi population genetic and small-kind physiological identification,pathogen pathogenicity research and genetic diversity.
