Abstract: Determination of compensation standard for public welfare forest is the key to the coordination of ecological environmental protection and regional economic development.The calculation method and how to select the standard of public welfare forest compensation is the core of scientific and reasonable determining the ecological compensation standard.Based on the difference between the ecological compensation standard for public welfare forest and other types of ecological compensation,this paper deals with the main methods adopted in the study on ecological compensation standard for public welfare forest and analyzes the scope for application,the main principle,and features of different methods.And discussion is made on the main problems from ecological compensation standard for public welfare forest.Finally,how to determine the methods of scientific,reasonable and fair ecological compensation standard for public welfare forest in the future is described.
