不同基质配比及时间对巨桉嫩枝扦插成活率的影响

Effects of Different Substrates and Time on the Survival Rate of Summerwood Cuttings of Eucalyptus grandis

  • 摘要: 为了明确基质配比及扦插时间对巨桉嫩枝扦插成活率的影响,采用随机区组试验设计进行了研究。结果表明,基质1试验效果最佳,扦插成活率为61.78%;季节对扦插成活率有显著影响,春季成活率最高,夏季最低,秋季介于二者之间。

     

    Abstract: In order to clarify the effect of medium ratio and cutting time on the survival rate of summerwood cuttings of Eucalyptus grandis,researches were conducted by randomized block experimental design. The results showed that effect of the matrix 1 was the best, the cutting survival rate was 61.78% and the season had significant effects on the survival rate of cuttage. The survival rate was the highest in spring and the lowest in summer. The survival rate in autumn was between the former two seasons.
