毛叶木姜子扦插繁殖试验研究

Research on the Cutting Propagation of Litsea mollis Hemsl

  • 摘要: 通过不同扦插基质、不同扦插季节和不同生根激素的对比试验,进行了毛叶木姜子扦插繁育试验研究。结果表明:在初夏进行扦插,采用珍珠岩基质以及使用吲哚乙酸1 000 ppm处理插条,其扦插效果最好,生根率达到了74.03%。

     

    Abstract: Comparison experiment and research were conducted on the cutting propagation of Litsea mollis by different mediums, different seasons of cutting propagation, different rooting hormones. The results showed that the cutting effect was best on use of perlite substrate and cuttings treated by 1 000 ppm IAA in early summer, and the rooting rate reached 74.03%.
