基于RS和GIS的攀枝花仁和区森林火险区划研究

A Study of Forest Fire Risk Zoning in Renhe District Based on RS and GIS

  • 摘要: 森林火灾森是一种突发性强、破坏性大、而且处置救助较为困难的自然灾害。加之目前,由于受到全球气候异常的影响,我国许多地区高温、干旱和大风天气增多致使火险等级持续居高不下。本文以四川省攀枝花市仁和区为研究区,总结分析各国森林火险预报体系中的森林火险评价因子,结合研究区实际状况,选取可燃物类型、地形、人为影响3个方面作为森林火险区划指标。通过遥感影像提取可燃物分类信息,利用DEM数据提取地形中的坡度、坡向、海拔高度,对人为因素进行缓冲区分析,按照各区划因子对林火发生或其对林火蔓延的影响赋予不同的权重,采用因子加权叠置法,生成攀枝花仁和区的综合森林火险区划图,可以为当地林业部门防火资源的部署提供有价值的科学参考。

     

    Abstract: Forest fire itself is a natural disaster,and is characteristic of sudden occurrence,and big damage,and relatively difficult for disposal rescue. In addition,due to the influence of the global climate anomaly,high temperature,drought,and windy weather in many regions of China increased,thus leading to forest fire risk raising. In this paper,taking Renhe District in Panzhihua City of Sichuan province as the research area,analysis is made of forest fire risk evaluation factors of the forest fire forecast system of various countries,and in combination with the actual situations of the study area,the fuel type,terrain and artificial influence are selected as forest fire danger division indices. With extraction of the classification information of fuel by remote sensing images,extraction of slope,aspect and altitude through DEM data,and buffer analysis is made of human factors. The factor weighted superimposed method is adopted to generate an integrated forest fire zoning map of Renhe District in Panzhihua City through making weight distribution for each division factor which have different impacts on the fire occurrence or spread. This zoning map can provide scientific valuable reference for the local forestry department in the deployment of resoures for forest fire prevention.
