施用生物炭对柏木林地土壤有机碳含量和团聚体稳定性的影响

Influence of Biochar on Soil Organic Carbon Content and Aggregate Stability of Cupressus funebris Forest Soil

  • 摘要: 采用室内培养试验,分析不同生物炭添加量下柏木林地土壤有机碳含量和土壤团聚体组成及结构特征,探讨生物炭对林地土壤有机碳组成及团聚体稳定性的影响。结果表明:(1)土壤有机碳总量随着生物炭施用量增加而提高,当生物炭添加量为1%、2%和4%时,其数值可达未添加生物炭土壤的1.2~1.5倍。(2)添加生物炭后,土壤颗粒有机碳含量有大幅提升,较未添加生物炭的土壤相比增加了7.8%~64.5%,以2%处理时增幅最大;易氧化有机碳次之,增幅为0.8%~39.5%;水溶性有机碳变化最小。(3)添加生物炭后,土壤中>2 mm和2~1 mm粒径团聚体占比提高,土壤MWD、R>0.25ARration数值均有所增加,在2%添加量下最为明显。综上,添加生物炭够提高林地土壤有机碳含量,促进土壤大团聚体的形成并提高团聚体的稳定性,有利于林地土壤碳的固定,2%为生物炭的适宜添加量。

     

    Abstract: The influence of biochar on the content of forest soil organic carbon, the fractions of organic carbon, the composition characteristics and structural characteristics fractions of soil aggregate were investigated in a laboratory culture experiment. The results showed that: (1) The total content of soil organic carbon increased with the increase of biochar application. When the amount of biochar was 1%, 2% and 4%, the value of soil organic carbon content could reach 1.2~1.5 times that of soil without biochar addition. (2) The addition of biochar significantly increased the content of soil particulate organic carbon by 7.8%~64.5% compared with that of the soil without biochar, and the increase was the largest at 2% treatment. Easily oxidized organic carbon followed, with an increase of 0.8%~39.5%, water soluble organic carbon changes the least. (3) The addition of biochar increased the proportion of aggregates with particle sizes >2 mm and 2~1 mm, and the values of soil MWD, R>0.25 and ARration, which were most obvious at 2% treatment. In conclusion, the addition of biochar can increase the soil organic carbon content of forest soils, promote the formation of soil aggregates and improve the stability of aggregates, and is conducive to the fixation of soil carbon in forest soils. 2% is the appropriate addition amount of biochar.
