丘陵地区“三生空间”功能识别与分析——以仁寿县为例

Function identification and analysis of “production, living and ecological spaces” in hilly areas: a case study of Renshou County

  • 摘要: “三生”空间识别与分析是当下改善人居环境、优化国土空间开发的重要内容,丘陵地区由于自然地理条件限制,建设发展增量空间有限,因此其土地资源的高效利用与“三生”空间协调共融的问题亟需关注。研究基于“三生”空间识别与分析,旨在反映丘陵地区在国家发展政策下区域空间布局尚存的问题,增强土地利用效率。以仁寿县为例,构建“三生”空间功能分类体系,进而采用空间洛伦兹曲线、基尼系数、均衡度及优势度等方法,分析该县2020年“三生”用地分布情况。研究结论表明:仁寿县主生产空间分布绝对平均;主生态空间分布较为平均;均衡空间分布相对合理;而主生活空间在全县各乡镇分布悬殊,且“三生”用地格局与地形因子存在一定相关性,并从各类“三生”用地布局优化角度提出了相应的对策建议。

     

    Abstract: The identification and analysis of “production, living and ecological spaces” is an important part of the improvement of human environment and optimization of land space development nowadays. Due to the limitation of physical and geographical conditions, the incremental space for construction and development in hilly areas was limited, so the efficient use of land resources and the coordination and integration of “production, living and ecological spaces” need urgent attention. Based on the spatial identification and analysis of “production, living and ecological spaces”, this paper aimed to reflect the remaining problems of regional spatial layout in hilly areas under the national development policy and enhanced land use efficiency. Taking Renshou County as an example, the spatial functional classification system of “production, living and ecological spaces” was constructed, and then the distribution of land for “production, living and ecological spaces” in the county in 2020 was analyzed by adopting the methods of spatial Lorenz curve, Gini coefficient, degree of equilibrium, and degree of dominance. The conclusion of the study showed that the spatial distribution of main production space in Renshou County was absolutely average, and the distribution of main ecological space was relatively average. The distribution of balanced space was relatively reasonable, while the distribution of main living space in various townships of the county was disparate. There was a certain correlation between “production, living and ecological spaces” land use pattern and topographic factors. Finally, corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward from the perspective of layout optimization of various types of “production, living and ecological spaces”.
