Research advances on endocarp development of walnut

  • 摘要: 文章总结了核桃内果皮发育过程中主要组成成分木质素、纤维素、棕色素和木质素及其合成的影响因素,通过国内外相关文献的归纳、总结和比较分析,梳理出目前已有的研究从核桃内果皮的主要组成成分木质素、纤维素、棕色素及核桃内果皮发育过程中木质素合成的环境因素、木质素合成相关酶和木质素代谢过程中相关基因克隆与表达分析等方面综述了其对核桃内果皮发育的影响。以期为核桃内果皮形成机制的深入研究和生产实践中制定合理的繁育管理措施、减少露仁、裂果等的发生提供基础参考资料。

     

    Abstract: In this article, the main components of lignin, cellulose, brown pigment, and lignin during the development of walnut endocarp, as well as the influencing factors were summarized. Based on the induction, summary, and comparative analysis of relevant literature at home and abroad, the existing research were sorted out. The effects of lignin, cellulose and brown pigment, and the environmental factors of lignin synthesis during the development of walnut endocarp, the cloning and expression analysis of lignin synthesis-related enzymes and related genes during lignin metabolism were reviewed. It is expected that the research results will provide basic reference for the in-depth study of the formation mechanism of walnut endocarp and the formulation of reasonable breeding management measures in production practice to reduce the occurrence of kernel exposure and fruit cracking.
