苦竹属植物生物活性及其应用研究进展

Advances in Biological Activity and Application in Pleioblastus

  • 摘要: 苦竹属植物是一种高营养价值的天然资源型植物,药食兼用,在我国分布广泛,产量较高,其秆、叶、笋等部位均含有多种功能活性物质,具有较高的开发利用价值。因此本文对苦竹属植物的生物活性及其应用研究进行了概述,以期为苦竹属植物深加工开发利用提供指导和科学依据。

     

    Abstract: Pleioblastus is a kind of natural resource plant with high nutritional value, which can be used as both medicine and food. It is widely distributed in China, and has a high yield. Its stems, leaves, bamboo shoots and other parts all contain a variety of functional active substances, which has high development and utilization value. Therefore, the biological activities and application research of Pleioblastus were summarized in order to provide guidance and scientific basis for the further processing and exploitation of Pleioblastus.
