无溶剂微波蒸馏法提取杜香精油的工艺研究

Study on Solvent-free Microwave Distillation Technology of Essential Oil from Ledum palustre L.

  • 摘要: 以杜香叶片为原料,通过无溶剂微波蒸馏法提取精油。实验考察了原料的含水率、微波辐照时间以及微波辐照功率对精油得率的影响,得到的最佳提取条件为含水率75%,微波辐照时间30 min,微波辐照功率540 W。气质联用法分析了精油的化学成分,主要成分依次为桃金娘烯醛(24.47%)、脱氢桧烯酮(12.51%)和4-松油醇(10.84%)。与传统的提取方法相比,本法具有稳定、高效、节能的优点。

     

    Abstract: In this study, solvent-free microwave distillation approach was used for extraction of essential oil from leaves of Ledum plasture L. Effects of moisture content of raw materials, microwave irradiation time and microwave irradiation power on the yield of essential oil were investigated. The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: moisture content was 75%, microwave irradiation time was 30 min, and microwave irradiation power was 540 W. The chemical composition of the essential oil was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, and the main components were myrtenal (24.47%), lebaicone (12.51%) and 4-terpinenol (10.84%). Compared with traditional extraction methods, this method had the advantages of stability, high efficiency and energy saving.
