油樟高产1,8-桉叶油素内生细菌发酵条件优化

Optimization of Fermentation Conditions of Endophytic Bacteria with High Yield of 1,8-cineole from Cinnamomum longipaniculatum

  • 摘要: 本研究通过设计单因素试验对发酵条件进行优化,以期提高目标菌株的1, 8-桉叶油素产量。结果表明,1,8-桉叶油素内生细菌最佳发酵的工艺条件为:发酵温度为31 ℃、发酵转速(溶氧)为150 r·min−1、发酵pH值为6.5、发酵时间为20 h。产量由未优化时的2.30 mg·L−1增长至9.68 mg·L−1,增长率为320.8%,具有良好的应用前景。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the single factor experiment was designed to optimize the fermentation conditions in order to improve the 1,8-cineole yield of the target strain. The results showed that the optimum fermentation conditions were as follows: fermentation temperature was 31 ℃, fermentation speed (dissolved oxygen) was 150 r·min−1, fermentation pH was 6.5 and fermentation time was 20 h. The yield increased from 2.30 mg·L−1 (without optimization) to 9.68 mg·L−1, with an increase rate of 320.8%, which had a good application prospect.
