Abstract: At present,the world had entered the era of rapid development of scientific and technological knowledge.Personnel training played a vital role in social development.Based on the significance of forest resource monitoring,the cultivation of skilled personnel was particularly urgent and essential for forest resource monitoring.The demand for skilled personnel and training targets were expounded in this paper,and discussion was made of the new model of cultivating high-quality and comprehensive forestry professionals.
