Abstract: In this paper, the research status of Hibiscus mutabilis in chengdu were expouded and reviewed systemly based on a series of special topics research and application for a long time at Chengdu Institute of Gardening Sciences, combined with current social development of Hibiscus mutabilis research and application of practical needs, some existing problems and corresponding countermeasures were put forward. And in order to provide a reference for reproduing the grand view of "colorful and beantiful flowers" as soon as possible.
