Abstract: Water is the source of life.Water-source forest plays a decisive role in the flood control, preventing soil and water loss and protection of the river water resources. This article deals with the present situation of the water-source forest establishment and protection,and the existing problems in Fushun County,and then puts forward some corresponding countermeasures.
