Abstract: Selecting the Zagunao River arid valley area in the upper reaches of the Minjiang River valley as the research object,using the data of field investigation,combined with investigation subcompartment data of forest resources and forest land use data protection,and based on factors such as the topography,soil,water,vegetation and so on,nine factors of habitat quality were evaluated in the region,and afforestation measures and countermeasures were put forward according to the evaluation results,aiming to provide scientific basis and theoretical guidance for the area of afforestation tree species selection and configuration model,but also for the similar difficult site conditions in artificial vegetation restoration.
