不同基质旱冬瓜扦插繁殖技术研究
A Study of Different Matrix Cutting Propagation Technique of Alnus nepalensis

摘要: 不同基质旱冬瓜扦插试验中,采用完全随机区组设计,在云南省林业科学院热带林业研究所(普文)扦插旱冬瓜在森林土、河沙和珍珠岩3种基质中,最适宜的为森林土,平均生根率为43.57%,平均生根数为6.06条,平均抽稍长度为4.26 cm,平均最长根长为9.39 cm。Abstract: In different matrix of Alnus nepalensis cutting test,use was made of a completely randomized block design. For cutting Alnus nepalensis in three matrix (forest soil, river sand and perlite) in Research Institute of Tropical Forestry of Yunnan Academy of Forestry(Puwen), the most suitable was forest soil. The average rooting rate was 43.57%, the average number of roots was 6.06, the average branching length was 4.26 cm,and the average root length was 9.39 cm.
