Abstract: In this paper,taking the Xiniu Mountain Forest Park in Sichuan province as the research object,the SWOT was applied to analysis of advanrages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of the Forest Park in developing the ecotourism. Meanwhile, based on the SWOT analysis, the corresponding strategies were put forward for the future development of the park.
