Abstract: In this paper,based on the status quo and characteristics of protection and utilization of forestland at Aletai City in Xinjiang province,some regional planning and strategy of protection and utilization of forestland were put forward for the purpose of effectively protecting and rationally using the valuable forestland resources at Aletai City in Xinjiang province.
