欧姆加热辅助水蒸气蒸馏法提取枳壳精油的工艺研究

Extraction technology of Aurantii Fructus essential oil by ohmic heating-assisted hydrodistillation

  • 摘要: 以枳壳为原料,采用欧姆加热辅助水蒸气蒸馏法提取精油。考察了液料比、欧姆加热电压及提取时间对精油得率的影响,确定最佳提取条件为液料比 16 mL/g、欧姆加热电压 100 V、提取时间 120 min。在最佳条件下,枳壳精油得率为2.65 g/kg DW。采用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)分析枳壳精油的化学成分,主要成分为柠檬烯(38.79%)、大根香叶烯 D(11.99%)和芳樟醇(4.24%)。

     

    Abstract: Essential oil was extracted from Aurantii Fructus by ohmic heating-assisted hydrodistillation. The effects of liquid-to-solid ratio, ohmic heating voltage, and extraction time on essential oil yield were investigated. The optimal conditions were determined as a liquid-to-solid ratio of 16 mL/g, an ohmic heating voltage of 100 V, and an extraction time of 120 min. The chemical composition of Aurantii Fructus essential oil was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The major components were limonene (38.79%), germacrene D (11.99%), and linalool (4.24%).
