太白贝母分子生物学研究进展

Research progress on molecular biology of Fritillaria taipaiensis P.Y.Li

摘要: 太白贝母是百合科贝母属多年生草本植物，是川贝母药材的6种基原植物之一，具有良好的药用价值和经济价值。近年来，研究者采用分子生物学技术对太白贝母开展了相关研究，取得了一些成果。本研究在文献研究基础上，从DNA分子鉴定、系统进化、转录组、代谢组等方面，对太白贝母的分子生物学研究进展进行了综述，并提出展望，以期为太白贝母的资源保护和可持续利用提供科学参考。

Abstract: Fritillaria taipaiensisi P. Y. Li is a perennial herb of Fritillaria in Liliaceae. It is one of the six basic plants of Fritillariae cirrhosae Bulbus,and has good medicinal value and economic value. In recent years, researchers have used molecular biology techniques to conduct relevant studies on Fritillaria taipaiensisi P. Y. Li, achieving some results. Herein, the molecular identification, systematic evolution, transcriptomics and metabolome were summarized in this study. And prospects were put forward to provide scientific reference for resource protection and sustainable utilization of Fritillaria taipaiensisi P. Y. Li.
