Abstract:
Urban parks serve as vital ecological infrastructures, offering residents access to public spaces for recreational activities and high-quality leisure experiences. Taking Chongqing Caiyunhu City Wetland Park as case study, based on the survey data from six evaluation dimensions, namely, environmental satisfaction, facility satisfaction, activity satisfaction, service quality satisfaction, as well as overall satisfaction and willingness to revisit, a structural equation model was constructed to analyze the satisfaction and willingness to revisit of residents and their influencing factors of mountainous urban parks. The research findings show that: (1) The overall level of satisfaction among residents to urban parks and their willingness to revisit is high, with significant differences observed across age, residence, and education. (2) The level of service quality satisfaction has a considerable positive impact on overall satisfaction and the willingness of residents to revisit, with the service attitude representing the most significant influencing factor in the perception of service quality. (3) Environmental satisfaction has a significant positive effect on overall satisfaction. This was found to be due to the natural or human characteristics of the park exerting the most considerable influence with respect to environmental satisfaction.
