杉木第4代育种群体苗期早期选择

Early Selection of Cunninghamia lanceolata (Lamb.) Hook at Seedling Stage in The 4th Generation Breeding Population

  • 摘要: 为持续开展杉木高世代育种研究,营建杉木高世代种子园,对杉木第4代育种群体中169个入选家系(含对照1个)1年生苗的苗高、地径、分枝数和高径比等4个形态指标进行分析。结果表明:综合性状表现较好的8个家系为2-16、2-17、2-47、2-77、3-259、5-33、5-36、10-204;各家系间指标性状变异明显且均存在极显著相关性,地径越粗壮,分枝数越多;苗高、地径是苗木生长的主要影响因子。筛选的家系可为杉木高世代种子园建设提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to carry out continuous research on high-generation breeding of Chinese fir and build a high-generation seed garden, 4 morphological indexes of 1-year seedling height, ground diameter, branch number and height-diameter ratio were analyzed in 169 selected families (including 1 control) from the 4th generation breeding population of Chinese fir. The results showed that the 8 families with good comprehensive traits were 2-16, 2-17, 2-47, 2-77, 3-259, 5-33, 5-36, and 10-204. The variation of index traits was obvious and there was a very significant correlation among all lines. The larger the field diameter, the more branching number. Seedling height and ground diameter are the main factors affecting seedling growth. The screened families can provide reference for the construction of high generation seed orchard of Chinese fir.
