Abstract:
To summarize the quality of creating an ecological civilization education base (ECEB) for forest parks, an evaluation index system was established by the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) combined with the Delphi method. There were two comprehensive layers and seven criteria layers in the evaluation system. Among them, 3 criterion layers refered to the "Quality rating standards for scenic resources in Chinese forest parks" (GB/T18005-1999) for evaluation, which were consistent with the mutual weights of scenic resource quality, regional environmental quality, and development and utilization conditions in the national standard, ensuring the usability of the evaluation system. There were a total of 16 indicators under the other 4 criteria layers, and the indicators with higher weights were the application of binding materials, audio-visual materials, number of participants in activities, and promotion effectiveness and it was best to pay more attention to these tasks. The evaluation score, known as the construction quality value, was categorized into three grades: excellent, good, and fair. The research findings could be used as a reference by relevant departments during the evaluation process, and could also used as a reference for all units when undertaking related work.
