Abstract:
In order to explore the differences in the yield and nutritional components of
Toona sinensis buds from different provenances, the vegetable
T. sinensis provenances suitable for Guizhou, Guiyang were preliminarily screened. The buds of one-year-old seedlings of eight provenances in Guizhou were selected as test materials, and the yield and nutrient composition indexes of buds were determined. The variance analysis and principal component analysis were carried out on each trait. The results showed that the yield of buds of
T. sinensis from different provenances ranged from 64.02 g to 150.48 g. The coefficient of variation of each index ranged from 5.30% to 41.35%, and the coefficient of variation of Fe element content was the largest. The principal component analysis showed that the cumulative contribution rate of the first five principal components was 92.641%. Comprehensive analysis showed that the provenances of Changshun, Anlong and Zhenfeng could be used as the priority provenances for the cultivation of vegetable
T. sinensis in Guizhou, Guiyang.
