Progress of Research on the Active Ingredients,Separation and Purification of Walnut Green Husk

  • Walnut is one of the important forest products in our country.Polyphenolic compounds extracted from Walnut green husk were abundant and healthy to the human body.However because of carelessly discarded husk,environment became increasingly worsened.This paper reviewed the research progress of biological activity,separation and purification of the polyphenols of walnut green husk,and looked forward to the research and application in the future,aiming to provide some thoughts in scientific research and the application of walnut green husk's polyphenolic resources for the purpose of promoting the walnut industry.
