The Present Situation and Suggestions for CCER Forestry Carbon Sink Project Development

This paper summarized the standard of the forestry carbon sink project development, generalized the present situation of Chinese Certified Emission Reduction (CCER) projects and forestry carbon sink project, analyzed main problems which existed in the process of carbon sink project development such as unsound rules, high cost, huge risks and weak technology. Based on above problems,some suggestions were put forward to develop forestry carbon sink projects.
