Reforming Loan Mortgage by Use of Forest Ownership System to Develop Forestry in Qiannan Areas of Guizhou

In recent years,in the premise of reforming the system of forest ownership,the goverment in Guizhou Qian Nan Area has creatively established the loan system with forest mortgate,aiming to promote the regulations with the principle "guided by government and cooperated among departments",which has overcome the difficulties of loan guaranties limitation and forest assets evaluation. This also enables the farmers to turn their "green assets" into "green bank" for promoting the development of forestry.
