Abstract
In this study, perlite, vermiculite and sandy soil were used as base materials, and GGR,IAA and NAA were used as rooting catalysts, tests were conducted by a randomized block design on cuttage and seedling cultivation of Emmenopterys henryi in different seasons and at branch age.The study showed that the branches of six-month age were the best for doing cuttage, the best cuttage season and base material were late summer and vermiculite.Besides,GGR controlled in 200 ppm was a better rooting catalyst as compared with others. As a consequence, the seedling rate could reach 68.61% if young branches were taken to do cuttage at late summer and with using vermiculite and GGR in 200 ppm.
