Application of SSR and ISSR Techniques in the Study of Plant Pathogenic Fungi
In this paper a description is given of the principle of SSR and ISSR technology,and the application of these two technologies is summarized in researches on plant pathogenic fungi from the identification of plant disease resistant gene,pathogenic fungi population genetic and small-kind physiological identification,pathogen pathogenicity research and genetic diversity.
