Abstract: In this paper,analysis was made of the problems of the existing updating method of forest resource data and management. According to the current method of forest resources,data updating ideas and management methods were put forward. For various kinds of data of forestry departments,based on integrating GIS platform,and implementing the data more than one gauge,the annual update and management should be conducted.
