油樟叶渣制备活性炭工艺研究

A Study of Preparation Technology of Activated Carbon from Leaf Residue of Cinnamomum longepaniculatum

  • 摘要: 以油樟叶渣为原料采用磷酸活化法制备活性炭,研究了浸渍比、升温速度、活化温度、活化时间等工艺条件对活性炭性质的影响。结果表明:在浸渍比为1:3、活化温度420℃、升温速度60℃·min-1、活化时间60 min条件下,制得的油樟叶渣基活性炭得率为36.5%,比表面积为1 107 m2·g-1,亚甲基蓝吸附值为160 mg·g-1,碘吸附值935 mg·g-1

     

    Abstract: In this study,phosphoric acid as activiting agent and leaf residual of Cinnamomum longepaniculatum as raw material were used to prepare activated carbon,and analysis was made of the effects of solid-liquid ratio, heating rate, activation temperature and time on the characteristics of activated carbon. The results showed that the optimal processing conditions were as follows:solid-liquid ratio 1:3, activation temperature 420℃,activation heating rate 60℃·min-1 and activation time 60 min. Under these conditions, the yield of the activated carbon produced by leaf residual of Cinnamomum longepaniculatum was was 36.5%, the specific surface was 1 107 m2·g-1, the methylene blue adsorption value was 160 mg·g-1, and the iodine adsorption value was 935 mg·g-1.
