超声辅助提取夏枯草中的迷迭香酸-3-O-葡萄糖苷

Ultrasonic-Assisted Extraction of Rosmarinic Acid-3-O-glucoside from the Fruit-spikes of Prunella vulgaris L.

  • 摘要: 研究以夏枯草果穗为原料,采用超声细胞破碎辅助提取夏枯草中的迷迭香酸-3-O-葡萄糖苷,通过高效液相色谱法进行定量分析,得到的最佳提取条件为以50%乙醇为提取剂,液料比25 mL·g−1,空化时间1.5 s,缓冲时间2.0 s,超声功率300 W,超声时间7 min,迷迭香酸-3-O-葡萄糖苷的得率为0.71 mg·g−1。与传统提取方法相比,超声法具有稳定、高效、节能的优点。

     

    Abstract: In this study, the fruit-spikes of Prunella vulgaris L. were used as raw materials to extract rosmarinic acid-3-O-glucoside by ultrasonic cell grinder extraction and the content was determined by HPLC. Through the investigation of various factors, the best extraction conditions were as follows: 50% ethanol as extraction agent, liquid-solid ratio of 25 mL·g−1, cavitation time of 1.5 s, buffer time of 2.0 s, ultrasonic irradiation power of 300 W, ultrasonic irradiation time of 7 min. Under the optimum conditions, the yield of rosmarinic acid-3-O-glucoside was 0.71 mg·g−1. Compared with the traditional extraction method, ultrasonic-assisted extraction has the advantages of stability, high efficiency and energy saving.
