Abstract:
To explore the effects of different shape pruning and fertilizer combinations on the growth of spring shoots of
C. oleifera, and provide bais for high-yield cultivation of closed
C. oleifera stands. Taking the canopy closed
C. oleifera forest as the research object, the L
9 (3
4) orthogonal experimental design was used to set the combination of variety type, fertilizer type and pruning method, and determine the spring shoot index, leaf index and flower bud index in the next year. The results showed that: (1) According to the anlysis of variance, each factor had a very significant impact on the measured index. Variety type had significant effects on the number of flower buds in first lateral tip, the number of leaves in the top tip and the secondary lateral tip, and the physiological indexes of leaves. Fertilizer type had significant effects on the length of top shoot and the length of first-class lateral branch, the number of flower buds in the first-class and second-class lateral shoots, and the physiological indexes of leaves. Pruning methods had significant effects on tip length, SPAD value of leaves, leaf surface humidity and leaf surface temperature. (2) Multiple comparative analysis showed that each treatment had a significant impact on the measured index. In treatment 4, the spring shoots of
C. oleifera grew well, and the number of leaves was the largest. Treatment 2 had the highest number of
C. oleifera flower buds. In treatment 3, the physiological indexes of
C. oleifera leaves were the best. Considering the comprehensive yield factors, treatment 2 was the best combination method, that is, on the "Xianglin 210" variety, it was pruned into a natural happy type, and at the same time, organic fertilizer (2 kg) + compound fertilizer (1 kg) was added.
