Abstract:
In order to investigate the chemical components and relative content of phytoncides from different forest types in Jiuzhaigou, three types of forest stands, namely
Pinus tabuliformis,
Betula albosinensis and
Picea asperata were chosen as the research objects. The phytoncide from the three forest types were sampled from April to August in 2022. Then the chemical components and their relative content in the phytoncide were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC/MS), and the relationship between the phytoncide and environmental factors was analyzed, so as to provide theoretical guidance for the promotion and development of forest health and recreation in Jiuzhaigou. The results showed that: (1) The main components of the phytoncide in Jiuzhaigou forest were terpenes, with the highest content in spruce forest, mainly including (+)-dipentene, α-pinene and camphene, while β- pinene was occasionally detected. (2) The relative content of terpene emitted from three stands was positively correlated with temperature, but negatively correlated with relative humidity.
