基于1H-NMR代谢组学的不同产地手参药材质量评价研究

Study on Quality Evaluation of Gymnadenia conopsea from Different Regions Based on 1H-NMR Metabolomics

  • 摘要: 本研究共收集了16批手参药材样本,采用氢核磁共振(1H-NMR)代谢组学技术,建立手参药材的整体1H-NMR指纹图谱,并结合主成分分析(PCA)等化学计量学方法,从代谢物组水平上系统分析了不同产地手参药材的初生和次生代谢产物差异,从而对不同产地手参药材的质量进行了整体评价。通过比较发现,GC-1、GC-2、GC-3、GC-4、GC-5、GC-6、GC-7、GC-8、GC-9、GC-10产地的手参药材有更好的质量,研究建立的1H-NMR图谱为手参药材的质量控制与评价提供了新的技术手段,研究结果为手参药材的人工种植、品种选育、质量控制和开发利用提供参考依据。

     

    Abstract: In this study, sixteen samples of Gymnadenia conopsea were collected, and the fingerprints of Gymnadenia conopsea were established using 1H-NMR metabonomics technology. Combined with principal component analysis (PCA) and other chemometrics methods, the differences of primary and secondary metabolites of Gymnadenia conopsea from different regions were systematically analyzed at metabolome level, and the quality of Gymnadenia conopsea from different regions was entirely evaluated. By comparison, the results indicated that GC-1, GC-2, GC-3, GC-4, GC-5, GC-6, GC-7, GC-8, GC-9 and GC-10 had higher quality, and the established 1H-NMR spectrum provided a new technical method for the quality control and evaluation of Gymnadenia conopsea. The results provide reference for the cultivation, breeding, quality control development and utilization of Gymnadenia conopsea.
