2017, 38(4): 1-5. doi: 10.16779/j.cnki.1003-5508.2017.04.001
Abstract:
The effects of different fertilization treatments on the early growth of Coptis chinensis were studied by the fertilization experiment. The results showed that the different amount of fertilizer NPK had little effect on the early height growth of Coptis chinensis, but promoted generation of new leaves more than 20 days earlier, and increased leaf number in different degrees. When the fertilization amount was less than 22.5 kg per 0.067 hectare, in pace with the increase of fertilizer, new leaf number increased. When fertilization amount was 22.5 kg per 0.067 hectare, the new leaves reached the maximum of 7.52. When the fertilization amount was greater than 22.5 kg per 0.067 hectare, young leaves decreased. When fertilizer amount was less than 15 kg per 0.067 hectare, rhizome length increased from 1.26 cm to 1.44 cm with the increase of fertilizer amount. When fertilizer amount was more than 15 kg per 0.067 hectare, rhizomes length got shorter instead. When fertilizer amount was greater than 22.5 kg per 0.067 hectare, rhizome length was shorter than the control group; Fertilization had significant effects on the weight of rhizomes, especially at the fertilizer amount of 22.5 kg per 0.067 hectare, the maximum weight of rhizomes was 1.5 g, 172.92% higher than the control group (0.82 g). at the fertilizer amount of 22.5 kg per 0.067 hectare, rhizoma coptis reached the maximum yield.

2017, 38(4): 15-20,24. doi: 10.16779/j.cnki.1003-5508.2017.04.004
Abstract:
In this article, tests were conducted on the seed germination of five kinds of turf grass under Cadmium stress.Comparisons were made on the changes of germination rate, germination index and toxicity rate of Trifolium repens,Medicago sativa,Cynodon dactylon,Zoysia japonica and Zoysia matrella under different concentrations of Cd2+ treatments. The results showed that higher Cd2+ concentration decreased the seeds germination rate, and increased the toxicity rate. The germination index showed a decreasing tendency to all grasses on the whole. The tolerance to Cd2+ successively diminished for Zoysia matrella,Zoysia japonica,Trifolium repens,Medicago sativa, and Cynodon dactylon. The low concentration of Cadmium treatment promoted the germination of Zoysia matrella. The study provided reference for the seed selection of turf grass in reducing Cd2+ pollution, and also laid a foundation in the study of the defense mechanism for turf grass under heavy metal stress.

2017, 38(4): 30-33. doi: 10.16779/j.cnki.1003-5508.2017.04.007
Abstract:
Making use of Bethylidae carrying pathogens to prevent and control the longicorns could play advantage of active search of Bethylidae and strong pathogenicity of pathogens, better than releasing Bethylidae only or spraying microbial inoculum. However, it was necessary to ensure that the carrying pathogens would not significantly affect the Bethylidae' host search ability. In order to use Scleroderma sichuanensis carrying pathogens to prevent and control Monochamus alternatus, this paper measured the virulence of the conidial powder and spore suspensions of four strains of pathogens on S. sichuanensis. The results showed that the mortality rate of the powder spores in S. sichuanensis was higher than that of the suspension spores. When spraying spore suspension, the cumulative mortality of four strains increased along with the increasing concentration. For S. sichuanensis, the virulence of Beauveria bassiana was relatively higher than that of Metarhizium anisopliae, and the lethal rate of B. bassiana was also higher than that of M. anisopliae. Research results could provide some basis data for the selection of strains and development of microbial inoculum which was useful for S. sichuanensis carrying pathogens to prevent the M. alternatus.
