Abstract:
Culture in Vitro and propagation were carried out with capsules of Anoectochilus emeiensis by using orthogonal design with 4 levels of 5 factors.The result showed that the best explants disinfection method was to immerse 30 s in 75% alcohol plus 0.1%HgCl2;the best medium for primary culture was MS+10% banana juice;MS+10% banana+6-BA 2 mg·L-1+NAA 0.5 mg·L-1+AC 3g·L-1 was the most suitable for bud induction and multiplication and the optimum medium for rooting and strong seedling culture was 1/2MS+10% banana+ NAA 2 mg·L-1+6-BA 0.5 mg·L-1+ AC 1g·L-1.

Abstract:
In this paper,the species,tree height,diameter at breast height and crown width of major urban greening tree species in the urban area of Chengdu were obtained in combination with satellite images and through sampling survey.The regressive model of morphological index and three-dimensional green quantity was established by the regression model.The results showed that The tree height,diameter at breast height and crown width of the urban greening tree species in the central urban area of Chengdu were generally distributed in a normal distribution pattern.And the number of green trees with tree height between 5 m~15 m,diameter between 10 cm~30 cm,crown width between 3 m~9 m showed the most,respectly being 49.41%~95.61%,53.77%~89.04% and 64.36%~64.04%.It showed that the main tree species of urban forest in Chengdu had diameter structure stability.There was a significant positive correlation between the three-dimensional green quantity,tree height,DBH and crown width of tree species(P<0.01).And the correlation coefficient between the crown width and the three-dimensional green quantity of the plant was the highest,being 0.801~0.909.The regression model was established according to the stepwise regression of plant height,crown width and DBH of the main greening trees.The R2 values of the two models with the crown width as the independent variable and the crown height and the tree height as the independent variables were all above 0.70.

Abstract:
Choosing the Myristicaceae yunnanensis populations in tropical rain forest of Xishuangbanna as the study target,the age structure and spatial structure were investigated through sampling plot method.It was found that Myristicaceae yunnanensis populations showed the tendency of decline.As far as the spatial distribution characteristics was concerned,and by use of the methods such as minimum distance,spatial distribution index,negative binomial parameter,clumping index,average crowded degree or index of patchiness,all the results indicated that Myristicaceae yunnanensis populations displayed the aggregated distribution pattern.Time-specific life table,survival curve,equation of linear regression and significance test all exhibited the characteristics of population decline.The equation regression was linear type.

The potential geographic distribution areas of Toona sinensis in southwestern China regions and their climate characteristics were analyzed based on DIVA-GIS.The analysis results showed that the distribution elevation of T.sinensis ranged from 200 m to 2 900 m and T.sinensis trees were distributed in broad-leaved and needle leaved mixed forest,broad-leaved forest,planted forests and farm-shelter forest.The suitable mean annual temperature and annual precipitation for the growth of T.sinensis were 11.7℃~22.8℃ and 752.0 mm~1 490.0 mm,respectively.The geographical distribution and the potential regions of high suitability for T.sinensis were the Sichuan basin and its surroundings,the hill and low mountain regions in Yunnan,Chongqing and Guizhou,and Chayu and Bomi counties of Tibet.The global warming might lead to the shrinking in its suitable regions and it might have a tendency of shifting to high-altitude and northwestern regions.

Abstract:
The Farmhouse forest in western Sichuan province (FFWS)was usually composed of the organic integration of the peasant courtyard surrounded by tall trees,bamboo forest,rivers and other natural environment in the Chengdu Plain.It showed the form of rural living environment with production,living and landscape,which not only had important cultural and ecological value,but also contained a wealth of recreational resources.The rapid expansion of the city and the adjustment of the economic structure led to a sharp decline in the area and number of FFWS.In recent years,the rise and rapid development of rural ecotourism has not only promoted the sustainable development of village construction,but also played a unique role in the construction of ecological civilization in rural areas.Based on the field survey,this paper deals with the preferences of the recreators on the external characteristics,forest health,recreation space and other aspects of the eco-tourism type forest trays,and puts forward suggestions that the forest park in Linpan is a landscape recreation forest establishment,management and parking space construction,proposal,aiming to further promote the protection and quality improvement of eco-tourism-oriented farmhouse forest in western Sichuan,and realize the sustainable development of eco-tourism in FFWS.

Abstract:
The assessment of influences of planning on environments is a process of monitoring,analysis and evaluation of the environmental impact.It is one of the effective methods to cope with uncertainty planning.The research on environmental impact assessment of ecotourism planning is still very rare at present.In this study,taking the ecotourism planning of Tangjiahe National Nature Reserve in Sichuan Province for example,the research and discussion are conducted on the purpose of tracking environmental impact assessment of ecological tourism planning,technical route,evaluation content and tracking environmental impact assessment of protected areas for the future sustainable development.

Abstract:
In this paper,studies were made of the landscape indices of land use landscape types and patterns of 1990,2000,2010 and 2015 in Yingjing County.The results showed that the maximum landscape of the whole study area was always the forest land; Cultivated land,water area and other landscape types decreased continuously,and the landscape of forest land,garden land,construction land and grassland all increased in different degrees; The whole landscape pattern firstly undergone fragmentation,and then the recovery.The main factors that affected the change of landscape pattern included ecological environment protection project,rural population migration and infrastructure construction,etc.

From November 2013 to August 2014,air ions were monitored by portable air anions tester (AIC1000) in three typical areas (urban commercial areas,urban residential areas and urban forest parks) of Shapingba District,Chongqing.The results showed that monthly variations of positive air ions in urban commercial areas and urban residential areas all presented a "two-peak" pattern,and their negative air ion displayed a "single-peak" pattern,but monthly variations of positive air ions and negative air ions in urban forest parks all exhibited a "single-peak" pattern.The difference of positive air ions among three typical areas was insignificant(P>0.05),but the difference of negative air ions was significant(P<0.01).The concentration of negative air ions was in the order of forest parks (513 negative air ions per cubic centimeter) > residential areas (377 negative air ions per cubic centimeter) > commercial areas (280 negative air ions per cubic centimeter),moreover,ion polarity ratio and air ion assessment index also showed that the air ion quality of urban forest parks was better than that of residential areas,and made people feel comfortable for more time,but the air ion quality of residential areas was better than that of commercial areas.

Picking tourism is a new form of rural tourism which combines rural natural resources with human resources,not only makes countryside more attractive,but also promotes the increase of farmers' income and the optimization of agricultural industrial structure.In this paper,taking Chengdu City as an example,analysis was made of the seasonality and tourist satisfaction of picking tourism by the questionnaire.It is found that picking tourism had an obviousl seasonality and its tourist satisfaction was relatively low.Based on the investigation,this paper analyzed and summarized the problems and provided some countermeasures and proposals on how to eliminate the distance of slack and brisk seasons and raise tourists' satisfaction degree for implementation of the industry promotion of Chengdu's picking tourism.

The investigation and conservation were carried out on Bombax malabaricum germplasm in Panzhihua.The results showed that B.malabaricum trees were widely distributed in Panzhihua,and their flower colours were dark red,red,orange,and yellow,especially red and orange colours were the most common.31 individuals of plus trees were selected and conserved by use of the method of seeding and raising seedlings to provide basic germplasm materials for variety selection and genetic improvement.

In this paper,taking Yingjing County as an example,its ecological assets amount was measured by means of ESV method based on the aerial remote sensing images in 1990 and 2015.The results showed that the ecological assets amount continuosly increased;The contribution rate of service functions was relatively average; Ecological assets contribution rate of different land use types was bigger;Cultivated land resource had not been well protected,which led to the narrowing of the food source.In the future,the rational development and utilization of land,and protection of cultivated land resources would be needed for promoting the ecological assets value.

Abstract:
In this study,perlite,vermiculite and sandy soil were used as base materials,and GGR,IAA and NAA were used as rooting catalysts,tests were conducted by a randomized block design on cuttage and seedling cultivation of Emmenopterys henryi in different seasons and at branch age.The study showed that the branches of six-month age were the best for doing cuttage,the best cuttage season and base material were late summer and vermiculite.Besides,GGR controlled in 200 ppm was a better rooting catalyst as compared with others.As a consequence,the seedling rate could reach 68.61% if young branches were taken to do cuttage at late summer and with using vermiculite and GGR in 200 ppm.

Taking Betula alnoides seedlings as experimental material,the single factor randomized complete block design was used to carry out the light substrate and soil mixed seedling raising tests on 4 kinds of light mediums mixed with soil,the pure soil was used for the control,and variance analysis and comprehensive evaluation method on the growth index were adopted to evaluate the effect of the seedling raising substrates.The results showed that the growth difference between 5 kinds of different substrates on Betula alnoides seedlings is significant,and the seedling height,diameter,root length,root number,leaf fresh weight,root fresh weight,whole plant fresh weight,root shoot ratio of substrate 2 exhibited the maximum,its comprehensive score was also the highest,reaching 3.9196.Therefore,the substrate 2 (broadleaf sawdust + chicken manure):(forest soil)=2:1 should be the optimum substrate for the growth of Betula alnoides seedlings.

In this paper,studies were made of effects of different indolebutyric acid concentrations (being 100,500 and 1 000 mg·L-1 respectively) and imposed time (being 1/3 h,2 h and 12h respectively) on the rooting of hardwood cuttings in Figs (Ficus carica L.),ainaing to explore the most effective ways to make cuttings root quickly.One year old branches from three fig cultivars-BoJiHong,JinAoFen and B110 were used as experimental materials.The experiment was carried out in the orchard in Science Research Institute of Fig and Walnut,by use of completely randomized block experimental design.Thd data began to be collected on the 12th days after cutting,including callus formation,rooting rate,average root number and average root length.The results showed that the best treatment was 500 mg·L-1 indolebutyric acid and two-hour imposed time.As compared with control,the callus formation time of this treatment was seven days earlier,the rooting rate increased by 13.3%,average root number increased 28.9,and average root length was 2.1 cm longer; there existed significant differences among cultivars for the aspect of rooting ability,the rooting ability of JinAoFen was the best,BoJiHong took the second place,and B110 was the worst.

In this study,four physiological and biochemical indexes of Cinnamomum mphora leaves were tested and analyzed under different chill stress.The results showed that the conductivity exhibited a tendency of "S" type curve,the contents of free proline,soluble sugar and soluble protein revealed a tendency of decrease firstly and then increase along with the reduction of stress temperature.It was thus found that four indicators were related to the cold resistance of camphor.They were coordinated with each other in order to enhance the ability to resist stress.

In this paper,studies were made of the phenology and the characters of fruit and disease resistance of four grape varieties introduced to Sichuan areas.The results showed that Rizamat and Crystal grape were poor in the growth habits and disease resistance.Both varieties were not suitable to be cultivated in Sichuan areas.Meanwhile,Jumeigui and Flame seedless varieties were good at fruit quality and disease resistance.Hence,they were suitable to be planted in Sichuan.

Abstract:
In this experiment,walnut seeds were sown in autumn and spring.And the seed treatment ways included the four methods such as soaking with warm water (40℃~45℃),soaking with room temperature water,sand storage,and untreatment,aiming to conduct the germination contrast experimental study.The results showed that in the autumn sowing and by use of sand storage and room temperature water treatment,the germination rate and seedling growth of walnut seeds were significantly better than those by use of other treatments,and the wanut seed had the highest germination rate by use of room temperature water treatmut reaching 93.98%,and the seedling emergence time necded about 50 days.So,the walnut breeding in Panzhihua shoud adopt a timely manner,and the autumn sowing,the use of room temperature water and sand storage method showd be the best.
In this experiment,walnut seeds were sown in autumn and spring.And the seed treatment ways included the four methods such as soaking with warm water (40℃~45℃),soaking with room temperature water,sand storage,and untreatment,aiming to conduct the germination contrast experimental study.The results showed that in the autumn sowing and by use of sand storage and room temperature water treatment,the germination rate and seedling growth of walnut seeds were significantly better than those by use of other treatments,and the wanut seed had the highest germination rate by use of room temperature water treatmut reaching 93.98%,and the seedling emergence time necded about 50 days.So,the walnut breeding in Panzhihua shoud adopt a timely manner,and the autumn sowing,the use of room temperature water and sand storage method showd be the best.

According to the special geographical environment in the northwest Sichuan,cutting tests with mulching were conducted for the poor quality of hardwood cuttings. The result showed that the rooting rate and seedling quality of Salix paraplesia were improved by means of mulching,therefore the mulching technique had a good useful and extensive value.

Community characteristics of the Pinus caribaea plantation was investigated by using the plot sampling method in Xishuangbanna.The results showed that:(1) there were 43 species of vascular plants belonging to 41 genera and 22 families in the Pinus caribaea plantation;(2)Shanon-Weiner indexes of its tree layer,shrub layer and herb layer were 2.71,1.52 and 2.69 respectively;(3) The vertical structure of the community could be divided into tree layer Ⅰ,tree layer Ⅱ,shrub layer and herb layer clearly;(4) Species richness and diversity index of tree layer and shrub layer were all lower than those of natural secondary forest,while its vertical structure was more complex as compared with the secondary forest.

Abstract:
The information on the activity rhythm of giant pandas is helpful for captive management.Analysis was made of the daily activity pattern of three captive giant pandas(Xianglin,Lulin and Pingping) by continuous recording data during the summer in the Mount Emei Giant Panda House.The results showed that Pingping and Xianglin had a similar curve of activity rhythm with 3 activity peaks and 1 secondary activity peak while Lulin had 4 activity peaks and 2 secondary activity peaks. Furthermore,3 giant pandas were all in the peak period of activity during 9:00~10:00 and 16:00~17:00,having the activity rate between 66%±22%~89%±37%. According to the results,it was suggested that feeding schedule should be better to be consistent with time showing the high activity rate of giant pandas,which might increase the effective eating and reduce the waste of food.

Rocky desertification is one of the extreme forms of land degradation,and also is the most important factor to restrict the development of local economy. Hanyuan County is located in the southwest mountain area of Sichuan Province. In Hanyuan County,rocky desertification is very prominent,and frequent occurrence of natural disasters has caused serious damage to the ecological environment. Since 2008, a comprehensive governance project has been implemented in 14 towns with rocky desertification land in Hanyuan County,with a total investment of 45 million 850 thousand yuan,and the treated land area of 187 km2.Many years of comprehensive management of rocky desertification has initially curbed the expansion of rock desertification,and accumulated valuable experience.Through the investigations,the causes and harm of the rocky desertification area were analysized,and the magement experience of rocky desertification was summarized in Hanyuan areas.
